Iowa Edition :)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I was not expecting my first semester of college to go by this fast. It feels like just yesterday I was moving in!! This semester on campus has been an experience I will never ever forget. I am a big believer that everything happens for a reason, and I&#8217;m so glad I ended up at Iowa.\u00a0 Since Thanksgiving break is soon&#8230;. here is a list of things I&#8217;m thankful for&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m so thankful&#8230;..<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>That I decided to live on campus in the dorms because it turned out my best friends I&#8217;ve made so far live no more than 20 feet away from me.<\/li>\n<li>For the beautiful rec centers that keep me motivated to go to the gym<\/li>\n<li>For the days when the sun got to shine a little brighter and warmer than it should in November:)<\/li>\n<li>That my family has been so supportive of my studies.<\/li>\n<li>For the overwhelming amount of friends and new faces I get to meet every day.<\/li>\n<li>For the unlimited supply of fresh fruit in the dining hall:)))))<\/li>\n<li>That I can take naps in the middle of the school day when I stayed up a little too late chatting with friends&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>For my amazing roommate who I met through the Facebook page!!<\/li>\n<li>For leggings and sweatshirts&#8230;.. after having to wear a uniform for all of my life going to a private school&#8230; these truly make up my closet now.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This list could go on and on&#8230; but it&#8217;s just a few things that I reflected upon and am really thankful for&#8230; Happy Thanksgiving :)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I was not expecting my first semester of college to go by this fast.
