So when I first came to college I struggled to have the motivation to work out. But once I learned about all the things I can do here at Iowa it was made so easy&#8230; So if working out is not your thing totally fine this might still apply to you!<\/p>\n<p>Rec classes include&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HITT workouts<\/li>\n<li>Zumba<\/li>\n<li>yoga<\/li>\n<li>Intervals<\/li>\n<li>and more<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Use this link to see all the class schedules: https:\/\/recserv.uiowa.edu\/programs\/fitness\/group-fitness\/group-fitness-schedule<\/p>\n<p>Another thing that I have recently started using is the rec pool. I, along with a few friends, did a swimming workout so we could have a workout that did not involve us being on our feet but was still a challenge.<\/p>\n<p>So, take advantage of the pool and sitting in the hot tube after is too bad (lol.)<\/p>\n<p>But if working out is not your thing GO FOR A WALK, anything to get your body moving will positively impact your day and improve focus.<\/p>\n<p>Hope this helps!!<\/p>\n<p>Love,<\/p>\n<p>Merrin&lt;3<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hey guys!
