The Winter season is fully upon us, as we’re quickly approaching Winter break.<\/p>\n

My motivation is at an all-time low, and the idea of getting out of bed to walk to class, ESPECIALLY in the snow, is torture.<\/p>\n

Here are some tips and tricks I’ve found to stay motivated ahead of finals.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Wake up at a consistent time (helps give your body a consistent schedule)<\/li>\n
  2. Give yourself things to look forward to (rewards are such an important part of our brain’s motivation pathway, and you deserve things for working so hard).<\/li>\n
  3. Sleep enough and often (the only way things will get into your memory, PLUS it will give you motivation to get up and go to class!)<\/li>\n
  4. Eat and drink plenty (pretty self-explanatory, but in order to be your best self, you have to nourish your body).<\/li>\n
  5. Mix fun in with work (take breaks, do things with friends, enjoy life!)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    I believe in us.<\/p>\n
