Hello everyone! My name is McKenna, and I am so excited to be sharing my experience at the University of Iowa with you. I am a first-year student from Keokuk, Iowa which is the home of former Hawkeye quarterback James Vandenberg, Miss Iowa, 2013, Nicole Kelly, and myself of course! I am studying Speech and Hearing Science and am very passionate about helping those with learning disabilities. I love connecting and learning about others and how they learn to overcome their learning/language barriers. Coming to Iowa is an incredible blessing that changed my life in so many ways.
