Hey everyone, thanks for visiting my blog!

I am a first-year student at the University of Iowa majoring in English and psychology. I’m from Strawberry Point, Iowa, and I graduated from Starmont High School (where my graduating class consisted of a measly 50 students). I had been home-schooled up until my freshman year of high school, and even though the change was major, it was definitely one that helped me grow and make many memories through the extracurricular opportunities I had. That experience played into my decision to attend Iowa.

I will be living on the west side of campus this fall, and I plan on becoming involved in local ministry groups, participating in intramural sports, and volunteering at local learning centers for young children.
