Hey guys! So when I first came to college I struggled to have the motivation to work out. But once I learned about all the things I can do here at Iowa it was made so easy… So if working out is not your thing totally fine this might still apply to you!
Rec classes include…
- HITT workouts
- Zumba
- yoga
- Intervals
- and more

Another thing that I have recently started using is the rec pool. I, along with a few friends, did a swimming workout so we could have a workout that did not involve us being on our feet but was still a challenge.
So, take advantage of the pool and sitting in the hot tube after is too bad (lol.)
But if working out is not your thing GO FOR A WALK, anything to get your body moving will positively impact your day and improve focus.
