Hello everyone! My name is Nicholas Muntz,and I am from Le Grand, Iowa. And for those of you who don’t know every sub-1,000 population town in Iowa, it is just about in the center of the state. I’m an 18-year-old freshman majoring in Biochemistry on the pre-med track. I would also like to minor in a foreign language, but have not decided which one yet. One day, I hope to enter into a career in the field of anesthesiology. In my free time you can find me reading books, watching movies, hanging out with friends, or exercising. One of my favorite book/movie series is Harry Potter (I’m a Slytherin, by the way, and for the record that doesn’t make me evil, just ambitious). Traveling is one of my big passions, I hope to one day be able to backpack across Europe. If I could go anywhere in the world it would be Venice, Italy. I hear it smells there, but I’m sure the architecture would make up for it.
I am living in Burge hall this year, (Yay for being able to go to breakfast in my PJ’s).  I like to do pretty much anything, and I love being around people. (Hint Hint…Invite me to stuff, I’m always up for a game of frolf….Or quidditch).  I am not a very shy person and I love to make new friends, so hit me up!
I am currently actively seeking ways to get involved with the university. I can’t wait to get on campus and check out a few student organizations. I know that I will be involved in GLBTAU and I am looking at student governance. I also plan to volunteer my time at the university hospitals, and participate in Dance Marathon!
